CANCELLATION POLICY

Your treatments are reserved especially for you & time for you to relax & unwind. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notice 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of scheduled service. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Thank you so much for understanding! LATE ARRIVALS NO SHOWS If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. You will need to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited unless further discussed by me. No shows will result in 50% of the service booked. No shows for a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment with Honey Glow Esthetics.
